Dear Readers
in the last couple of days Stata MP 11.2 322 but born 30 Mar 2011 has
started crashing on both a Windows XP (SP3 +++) and a Windows 7
machine, both with 4Gb ram and plenty of hard disk space, on both of
which Stata has been extremely stable for years. for not particular
reason that I can see.
I have not installed any new software, of hardware. I am not making
any particularly large demands or doing anything very unusual within
Stata that I can see
Any advice much appreciated.
