Yes I did it, followng strictly the instruction, however it still does not work ...
If someone has got it already, perhaps it can be sent to me directly by email ?

I cannot succeed to download the xi3.ado file from the xi3 package
( .
However I would like very much to get it in order to use the deviation coding command for a dummy variable.
