how to install from this findit page. Good luck.

Dear colleagues,

I cannot succeed to download the xi3.ado file from the xi3 package
(http://www.ats.ucla.edu/stat/stata/ado/analysis) .
However I would like very much to get it in order to use the deviation
coding command for a dummy variable.
Many thanks for your help.
