No, I don't think so. 

It sounds as if you want something like -spineplot- (SJ). If -spineplot- is not what you want, its code shows that to get this you might need to use -twoway bar- repeatedly -- or possibly some area type.

Is it possible to adjust the width of the bars in the graph bar command according to some weighing variable (say the number of observations in each category)? And is this also possible for hbar?
