Oh sorry i might have misunderstood the command.

The one i have tried is -line Y time ll Yhat time-

which i think it is incorrect. The correct one should be as you've
mentioned - line Y time ll line Yhat time -

However, when i tried to do - line Y time ll line Yhat time - STATA says :
. line lrealexp year  line xtreg year
variable line not found
r(111);

i'm not sure whether i understand the command correctly. what is the
'II' in the command line? Isn't it double space? or double capital i?
I have tried both and it didn't not seem to work out.

Please help.
