Subject   st: error message when using tmap and shp2dta

Hi,
I'm trying to convert a shp and a by following the instructions in http://www.stata.com/support/faqs/graphics/tmap.html

Unfortunately, when I type:

shp2dta using Cont_AAd_CAOP20090, database(ptdb) coordinates(ptcoord) genid(id)

I get the following error message

(bufio() in lmatabase, compiled by Stata 10.1, is too new to be run by this version of Stata and so
was ignored)
              read_shp():  3499  bufio() not found
                 <istmt>:     -  function returned error
r(3499);

Am I doing anything wrong? If anyone would like to try this, the shp and dbf files can be downloaded from http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1563490/Archive.zip

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,
Ana
