st: oglm hetero

Dear statalisters,

I would like a clarification about hetero option in oglm.

The scale factor in the model is included as:

exp(ln(sigma_i ))

where sigma_i is the user defined standard deviation. This is what I get from 
Williams'papers, am I right?
