st: Offset option in SSM

Dear All,

I am trying to estimate a Poisson selection model using SSM, a wrapper
of GLLAMM. Although GLLAMM has the "offset()" option, SSM does not
seem to have one. In this case, how do I incorporate an "offset" or
"exposure" variable into the model? Many thanks.
