This will still display the calls to -reg price mpg-, etc., as well as  
the output that -regress- displays. If I understand  correctly, the  
original poster wanted to suppress display of calls to commands  
without suppressing the output from the commands.


If that is what he wants, then he needs to use some post-processing routines such as estout or outreg2 to generate files that contain only results.
