Dear Luke, I was unsuccessful following Martin's web indication;
instead, I
have got an external link for (successfully) downloading the paper at

Have you considered

I am running MCMC using winbugs called from stata. How do I export

parameter from winbugs to stata, but when it comes to export a matrix
(or vectors and arrays), it comfused me.
