st: LOG2HTML -- size() option not allowed

John LeBlanc enquired about an option in the -log2html- routine of  
Baum, Cox and Rising. John is correct in assuming that the correct  
option is percentsize(), which can be abbreviated to per(). The help  
file was in error and has been corrected on SSC. Do

ssc install log2html, replace
or
adoupdate log2html, update
