Dear All,

I have the following problem which (to me) appears nonstandard:

I am running a maximum likelihood algorithm in which another procedure is nested (actually, this is a dynamic programming code written in mata). For this code I need the coefficients obtained after a particular iterations of ml, such as those reported by ml maximize, trace. I need to use these coefficients in my mata code, then return that code's results back to the ml algorithm, and proceed to the next ml iteration until it converges. Can anyone suggest a way to do that trick?

Thanks in advance,
