Thanks to Kit Baum, the -egenmore- package on SSC has been
updated.

Kit announced yesterday that SSC is down for maintenance,
but when it returns you may install or update -egenmore-
using the -ssc- command.

-egenmore- is a collection of some 66 -egen- functions
written by Kit Baum, Ulrich Kohler, Steven Stillman,
Nick Winter and myself. They will run with various
versions of Stata, as indicated in the help file.
Although it is quite often mentioned on Statalist
as a source of useful functions, by the same token
it appears that many users are unaware of it.

The main changes in this update are

1. A new function -wpctile()- written by Ulrich
Kohler allowing specification of weights in the
calculation of percentiles.

2. A fixed function -semean()- in which the
exclusion of numeric missings is changed to < . from
!= . to avoid a potential bug if any of .a ... .z
is present.

In addition, there have been some small fixes
to the help file.
