Dear all,
I'm a phd student in Economics at the university of Turin and I need help for estimating a panel data model. I've to estimate the following system of equation:

music_sales = f(price, piracy, explanatory variable)
piracy = g(price, explanatory variable, additional explanatory variable).

The problem is that piracy is a discrete variable and not a continuous variable.
How can I estimate such a model, both from a theoretical and an applied point of view? Any suggestion?
Thank you and Best Regards,
Andrea Sisto
