It seems you consider (educ child age) exogenous to the wage-tenure
profile, so try

ssc install ivreg2, replace
h ivreg2
ivreg2 wage (exp exp2 = educ child age), endog(exp exp2)

or variations on this.  I see no exogenous variables, myself.
