August 13-14, 2007 in Boston, Massachusetts, at the Longwood Galleria Conference Center.

The first day of the meeting, which will showcase user presentations, is being organized by a committee comprised of Kit Baum (Boston College), Marcello Pagano (Harvard School of Public Health) and Nick Horton (Smith College). The second day is being organized by StataCorp and will include several presentations, some by researchers and others by StataCorp staff. Details about registration and accommodations are available from StataCorp LP at http:// www.stata.com/meeting/6nasug/

Previous Stata Users Group meetings have been held in Boston (2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006), Australia, Britain, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands. Anyone interested in Stata, regardless of level of expertise or geographic location, is invited to attend. The meeting will include the ever-popular Wishes and Grumbles session where users make comments and suggestions to Stata Corp.

For further details on the meeting, please see the organizing committee's page at

That page contains a link to a web form with which you can express your interest in presenting at the meetings. We hope that all Stata users will consider attending these popular meetings, and welcome presentations on a variety of Stata-related topics.
