Do you know if there is any way to fit a Cox regression model
(or any other regression model for survival analysis) using
the -glm- command? I well know that I can use -stcox- ,
 -streg-, etc ... but I need that for teaching purposes.

Rich Goldstein pointed to:
Lindsey, JK (1995), "Fitting parametric counting processes by
using log-linear models," _Applied Statistics_, 44: 201-212
His book, also 1995, _Modelling Frequency and Count Data_ discusses
Cox models via glm's (book is published by Oxford)

You can use -glm- for a Poisson regression. Would that be useful?
