Eigenschaften der Kegelschnitte will get you every time...


With all due respect to the StataCorp engineers, SMCL is, out of
necessity, pretty much a dog's breakfast of modes and codes.  However,
once you get the nesting concepts down it is fairly easy to write
complex formatting.
