Dear all,

I need to calculate adjusted population attributable fractions for data from
an unmatched case-control-study. I did a multiple imputation using the
downloaded mvis/ice, etc.

These are my questions:

1) I cannot find an ado-file for "aflogit". Is it still available?
2) If it is availble, can I use it for multiple imputed data?
3) If not, how can I get adjusted population attributable fractions?

I would really appreciate your help!

Regards,

Anja
