Look at reshape. It may be similar to:

Reshape wide x i(ID) j(Pain)

hi,
I am using version 6 and am a new user.
I have data in the form:

1 10
1 5
1 6
2 3
2 1
2 5

would like the data in the following form:

ID Pain1 Pain2 Pain3
1 10 5 6
2 3 1 5

thank you for your help.
Jeff
