After a two way ANOVA with no interaction effects I want to compute
Bonferonni corrected confidence intervals for differences between levels of
a significant main effect.

I can use Stata's 'Lincom' to compute uncorrected confidence intervals - can
anyone advise how to compute a Bonferonni corrected. I can't find anything
in the archives but I'm hoping someone clever has written an ado. If not a
short example of do it yourself matrix code would be very appreciated as I
haven't done much matrix programming in STATA before. I'm using STATA 8.2.

Many thanks,

Steve
