Thanks to Kit Baum, there is a new version of the -raschtest- and -raschtestv7- packages and a new module -traces- downloadable from SSC.

-raschtest- estimates the parameters of a Rasch model and realizes several analyses to evaluate the fit. In this new version, several tests have been added : R1c fit test when the latent trait is considered as a set of parameters or R1m fit test when the latent trait is considered as a random variable, the split test to valuate the principle of specific objectivity, the U-test to test the equality of the slopes of the Item Response Functions (IRF). The very popular OUTFIT and INFIT indexes have been added. The module uses -gllamm- to estimate the Bayes expected a posteriori estimators of the latent trait. -raschtest- runs under Stata 8.

-raschtestv7- is a version of -raschtest- for Stata 7.

-traces- is a new module on SSC which allows representing the traces of a set of dichotomous or polytomous items (probability to respond to each modality as a function of the score computed as the sum of the responses to all the items).

More informations about these modules are available on my website : http://anaqol.free.fr
