Dear STATALIST,

After running a Principal Components Analysis using the pca command, I
ca't seem to obtain the variance-covariance matrix. I typed:

matric vc=get(VCE)
matrix list vc

and the return message says "symmetric vc[0,0]."

I have very little experience with computing matrices in STATA. Could
someone help me out?

Thank you,
 Lucy
