RE: st: Trouble with Win XP/Office XP
Well, my experience is, that the problem also happens when Stata is started as the *first* program after reboot (however, not to forget that there's a whole bunch of "mysterious" processes and services loaded automatically by Win XP on startup, one of which might cause the problem). Starting Outlook (Outlook 2002 in my case) before or after or not at all does not seem to have any influence.
