Books on time series forecasting will tell you how to do that. Robert 
Yaffee has just published one called TIME SERIES ANALYSIS AND 
FORECASTING (Academic Press); it includes SPSS and SAS syntax for 
different procedures. There are many others. David Greenberg, Sociology 
Department, New York University.
