d survci: Confidence bands for the survivor function after {cmd:stcox}
d This command plots and optionally saves pointwise confidence bands for
d the covariate-adjusted survivor function after {cmd:stcox}.  Three types of a
d transformation for the confidence bands are supported: {cmd:loglog} 
d (the default), {cmd:log}, and {cmd:normal}.
