Workaround for ^hausman^ bug

Description
-----------

There is a problem with ^hausman^ when (1) it is used for different commands and
(2) these particular commands label equations in a different manner.

StataCorp will fix ^hausman^ shortly (sometime in July 1999).  It is not a
trivial fix since it should do something intelligent by default based on the
particular commands used.  An option will also be added to it so users can
explicitly specify equations.

Users should ^update^ their Stata in July 1999 and look for the fixed version
of ^hausman^; see help @update@.
