d If installing over the net, ignore the dataset -- just ^net install^ this
d entry.  After installation, type "^icd9 install, net^".  ^icd9^ itself will
d copy the dataset from this site and it will copy it to the appropriate
d place.

d If installing from diskette, ^net install^ and ^net get^ this entry.  Then
d type "^icd9 install, cd^", which will copy the dataset from the current
d directory to where ^icd9^ wants it.
