d This is an interim utility for use with Stata 6 that produces a do file
d with labels saved in Stata 5 format.

d If -query born- returns a date after 28 Jan 1999 the standard 
d -label save- command can be used under version control.  That 
d is to say, type

d     . ^label save ...^
d
d rather than using this utility.
