d gengammareg:  Generating a time response for {cmd:streg, distribution(gamma)}.
d {cmd:gengammareg} generates random deviates from the generalized gamma
d distribution using the same parameterization as that used by {cmd:streg}
d with option {cmd:distribution(gamma)}.  You can specify a variable for the
d linear predictor or a constant for a constant-only model.  You can also
d specify the parameters {cmd:kappa} and {cmd:sigma}, corresponding to those listed
d in {cmd:streg} output.

d The exponential, Weibull, and lognormal models are all special cases of the
d generalized gamma.  Therefore, you can also use {cmd:gengammareg} to generate
d random deviates from these three distributions as well.
