Display dates of data availability                               (STB-17: sts7)

	^finddate^ [varlist] [^in^ range] [^if^ exp][^,^ [^Date(^varlist^)^] [^Nobs^] ]

^finddate^ reports the first and last dates for which the specified variables 
are non-missing.  If no date variables are specified, the first and last 
observation numbers are reported.  If ^nobs^ is specified, ^finddate^ also 
reports for each variable: the total number of non-missing observations, the 
total number of "potential" observations (the number of observations from the 
first to the last non-missing value), and the number of breaks in the series.
