Transfer and cancellation policy

If you need to transfer or cancel your enrollment in a public training course, please contact a sales representative by email at service@stata.com or by phone at 800-782-8272.

Transfers

Registrants who transfer to another course more than 14 days prior to the first day of the original course will incur no additional fees. Registrants who transfer to another course between 8–14 days prior to the first day of the original course are subject to a service charge of 30% of the original course fee. Registrants who transfer to another course 7 days or fewer prior to the first day of the original course are subject to a service charge of 50% of the original course fee. No refunds will be given on or after the day the original course begins.

Cancellations

Registrants who cancel between 8–14 days prior to the first day of the course are subject to a service charge of 30% of the course fee. Registrants who cancel 7 days or fewer prior to the first day of the course are subject to a service charge of 50% of the course fee.
