COMMENTS:

DOS users:  copy creatdct.exe in this directory to some place along your 
path such as C:\DOS or C:\STATA.

Unix users:  The ./src subdirectory contains the C source code.  Make a temp-
orary directory and copy the materials from the src directory into it.  With
the temporary directory as your current directory, type "make creatdct" to the 
Unix prompt.  Then copy the new creatdct file to some place along your path.
csh users:  remember to type "rehash" after posting the creatdct file.

All users:  See dm10 in STB-9 for instructions on using creatdct.  creatdct,
typed without arguments, will present a syntax diagram.
