d If you have STATA.EXE, (whether regular or Intercooled), copy 
d STATA.ICO to directory containing STATA.EXE.  If you also have 
d ISTATA.EXE, copy ISTATA.ICO to directory containing ISTATA.EXE.
d To link icon with stata.exe (istata.exe):
d 1.  Access Stata 3.0 program group.
d 2.  Select default msdos icon for Stata.  If you have note yet done this, 
d     select New from Program Manager and create a Program Item, then go 
d     to 5.
d 3.  Select File in Program Manager.
d 4.  Select Properties from menu.
d 5.  Select Change icon.
d 6.  Select Browse.  There may be a screen message prior to selection 
d     informing you that no icon exists.  Select OK to accept defualt 
d     and change to directory C:\STATA\*.ICO.
d 7.  Select STATA.ICO (ISTATA.ICO).  Click OK.
d 8.  Click OK from Change Icon Group.
d 9.  Click OK from Program Item Properties.
d 
d STATA.ICO (ISTATA.ICO) should be linked to STATA.EXE (ISTATA.EXE).
