.- help for ^genhwcci^ (STB-57: sg150) .- Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test in case-control studies ------------------------------------------------------- ^genhwcci^ #AA1 #Aa1 #aa1 #AA2 #Aa2 #aa2 [^,^ ^l^abel^(^genotypes^)^ ^bin^var] ^fweight^s are allowed; see help @weights@. Description ----------- ^genhwcci^ is an immediate commmand used for estimating allele frequency, genotype frequencies, and disequilibrium coefficients for codominant traits or data of completely known genotypes in case-control studies. It performs asymptotic Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test for both cases and controls in case-control studies. It also tests the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium for genotypic counts of cases, under the assumption that the genotypic counts of controls are under Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium; where #AA1, #Aa1 and #aa1 are the counts for the AA, Aa and aa genotypes of cases and #AA2, #Aa2 and #aa2 are the counts of controls. Note that this command only works for biallelic loci. Options ------- ^binvar^ requests that the standard errors from binomial distribution are reported for each allele frequency. These standard errors are calculated assuming that the population is under Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. By default, standard errors that do not require this assumption are reported. ^label^ specifies labels to be used in the output of the genotype frequency table.
