Estimates  parameters in the Lee-Carter model for mortality

^leecart^ yearvar agevar mortvar [^if^ exp] [^in^ range]


Description
-----------

^leecart^ estimates the Lee-Carter model and yields three parameter matrices: 
ax, bx, and kt. In addition, it generates a matrix of the estimated 
age-specific death rates by year.
