SUBJECT:  icd9 - ICD-9 diagnostic and procedure codes

INSTALLATION:
The installation process for the -icd9- and -icd9p- commands is a
little different than the standard.  Users installing the insert
over the Internet will need to -net install-, -net get-, and then
type -icd9 install- and -icd9p install-.  Users installing the
insert from an STB diskette will need to -net install-, then
download ^http://www.stata.com/stb/stb54/dm76/icd9_cod.dta^ and
^http://www.stata.com/stb/stb54/dm76/icd9_cop.dta^ into the current
directory and then type -icd9 install- and -icd9p install-.
