Syntax
------

    ^ktau2^ varname1 varname2 [^if^ exp] [^in^ range] 

see syntax of @ktau@ for details.


Description
-----------

^ktau2^ is a minor modification of @ktau@ constructed for use with
^metabias^.  This version
 
    * allows N to be 2,
    * calculates and displays the continuity-corrected z value
    * calculates and displays the uncorrected z and p values
    * passes the continuity-corrected z value as a parameter
    * passes the uncorrected z and p values as parameters
    * passes a flag parameter for ties (1=ties occurred, 0=no ties)


Saved values
------------

S_1   number of observations
S_2   Kendall's tau-a
S_3   Kendall's tau-b
S_4   Kendall's score
S_5   standard error of score
S_6   significance, continuity corrected
S_7   z-value, continuity corrected
S_8   significance, without continuity correction
S_9   z-value, without continuity correction
S_10  flag: score corrected for ties? (1=yes, 0=no)
