Tabulation of rates by a categorical exposure variable

^dyrate^ d [varlist], ^e^xposure^(^y^)^ options


Description
-----------

^dyrate^ is the same as ^strate^ but operates on ^dy^ data rather
than ^st^ data. The command replaces ^tabrate^ from STB-27.
