   ^dymh^ d xvar [varlist], ^e^xposure^(^y^)^ options


Description
-----------

^dymh^ is the same as ^stmh^ but operates on ^dy^ data rather
than ^st^ data. The command replaces ^mhrate^ from STB-27.
