Binomial effect-size display
----------------------------

    ^besd^ test-value ^N^ ^df,^ [^Chi^ ^t^ ^F^]

If there is no option then the first argument should be the correlation and
nothing else is needed.  Otherwise, you must enter the test-value (e.g., the
value of t or chi-squared) followed by either N or the df, then a comma, then
the shorthand for the particular test (chi, t, or F).
