.- help for ^nptri^ (STB-32: snp11) .- Non-parametric trend test applied to a table -------------------------------------------- ^nptri^ #11 #12 [...] ^\^ [#21 #22 [...] [^\^ ...] [, ^m^idrank ^replace^] ^nptri^ performs the Cuzick test for trend (which generalizes the Wicoxon test to several ordered groups) to the r x c table using the values specified; rows are separated by '^/^'. If no options are specified, it is as if the command ^nptrend row,by(col) ordinal^ had been specified. See help @nptrend@ for a description of the non-parametric trend tests. See help @immed@ for a general description of immediate commands. Options ------- ^midrank^ uses midrank scores instead of ordinal score for the columns of the table. ^replace^ indicates that the immediate data specified as arguments to the tabi command are to be left as the current data in place of whatever data was there.
