COMMENTS:
Use standard in1 installation instructions. From inside Stata, on-line
help is available.  Type 'help logiodd2' and 'help extlogit'.

Programs are updated to add Cook's distance to the list of diagnostic 
variables.  logiodd2.ado and logiodd2.hlp are unchanged and included 
so that new users do not have to back to the STB-1 disk.
