Shapiro-Francia W' test

	    ^sfrancia^ varlist [^if^ exp] [^in^ range] [^, ^q^uiet]

performs the Shaprio-Francia W' test and displays the number of observations, 
the Shapiro-Francia value W', V', the normal test z, and its signficance. 

It the quiet option is specified, all output is suppressed.  In addition to 
results being displayed, they are also stored in the macros ^%S_1^, ^%S_2^, etc.
Stored are:

	^%S_1^       number of observations
	^%S_2^       W'
	^%S_3^       V'
        ^%S_4^       Z
        ^%S_5^       P
