O'Brien's generalized t-test and ranksum test

        ^obrien^ var [ ^if^ exp ] [ ^in^ range ] ^, b^y^(^groupvar^)^


Description
-----------

^obrien^ perform's O'Brien's generalized t- and ranksum tests.  ^var^ is the
response variable and ^groupvar^, which is required, is a two-category grouping
variable.


Options
-------

^by(^groupvar^)^ specifies the variable that distinguishes the two groups.
