COMMENTS:
Use standard in1 installation instructions.  Copy the executable Turbo Pascal
programs (l2cvwarf.exe, bcvwarpf.exe, and warpingc.exe) to your work directory
(data directory) or to some other directory in your PATH.  From inside Stata,
on-line help is available.  Type 'help bandw', 'help l2cvwarp', 'help
bcvwarp', 'help kerneld', 'help warpden', or 'help warpdens'.

The data sets discussed in the insert can be found in the .\dta subdirectory. 
The source code for the Pascal programs discussed in the insert can be found
in the .\pascal subdirectory.
