COMMENTS:  
Use standard in1 installation instructions.  On-line help is available, type
"help newegen".  (Unfortunately, since egen is an "official" part of Stata, 
the help for it is also official.  newegen.hlp contains all the help for
egen, including the new tma() function.  You will just have to remember to
type "help newegen" and not "help egen", at least until Stata Corp. adopts
tma() as part of the official ado-files.)
