Generate a Gaussian component                                   (STB-18: sg23)

         ^gaussgen^ midpoivar mean sd freq comgaufre

^gaussgen^ generates a new variable (comgaugre) that contains the estimated
frequencies associated with the Gaussian component with mean="mean", standard
deviation="sd", and cumulative frequency="freq".  ^bhatmesd^ will estimate
these parameters using Bhattacharya's method.  The existing variable midpoivar
contains the midpoints of the class intervals.  Type ^help bhatado^ for
information on other ado-files used in applying Bhattacharya's method.
