Description
-----------

^setfwid^ sets that amount of free width to # by adding string variables to the
data.  The added variables are named ^__fwid1^, ^__fwid2^, etc.


Bugs
----

^setfwid^ assumes that the current free width is at least #.  If it is not, it 
takes no action (does not return an error).
