Estimate process capability indices                              (STB-17: sqc1)

         ^pciest^ mean sd, ^f(^#^) t(l^|^u) s(^#^)^

computes process capability indices.  The first two parameters following
the command name are the sample mean and standard deviation of the process
of interest.  The user must also supply one or both of the specification
limits.


Options
-------

^f(^#^)^ is the first specification limit.  This option is required.

^t(l^|^u)^ indicates whether ^f()^ is the lower (^l^) or upper (^u^) specification
    limit.  This option is required if only one of the specification limits 
    is supplied.

^s(^#^)^ is the second specification limit.
